Minimum booking is 2 nights. For bookings of less what 7 nights the final cleaning fee (CHF 500) is added. Bookings of 7 nights or more include final cleaning fee.
Insurance deposit is CHF 1’000,-
Access to apartment will not be granted without insurance deposit. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment! This will result in loss of deposit. Damage check will be performed after departure and deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after departure date.

Cancellation policy
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to local (Swiss) check in time (or by 16:00 if not specified) on the day of check in. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
